At Harsha Designer, we ensure high-quality craftsmanship in all our designer pieces. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

 

• • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

• • Customized, made-to-order, and discounted items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

 

• • Email us at poonamborse145@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).

• • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

• • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

3. Refund Process

 

• • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

• • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

 

• • Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect products.

• • If the preferred item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
